Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
 

Yes, the jewelry you receive will be exactly as shown in the picture. We take great care to ensure our photos reflect the true design and quality of each piece. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us!

 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sale receipt by logging into your account on Ladi Collection. Once logged in, navigate to the "Orders" section to find all past purchase receipts. For any issues, feel free to contact our support team!

How can I return an item?

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will also have to pay for the Shipping charges.

To start a return, you can contact us on WhatsApp at +92 308 0600019 or DM us with your order ID on Instagram @ladi_collection1. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
