Clothing Items
- No returns or exchanges for size issues, except if you received the wrong size.
- Returns accepted for damaged printing, fabric, or wrong size sent by Ladi Collection.
- Change of mind is not applicable.
- Returned clothing must be in original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
General Return Policy
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any issues.
- Provide proof of wrong product, color, or damage.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service through WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide order number, reason for return, and photos of damaged items (if applicable).

Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued through bank account (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or UPaisa).
- Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after we have received the item.
- The item will be checked for damage and authenticity.
Return Rejection

- The damage is found to be caused by the customer.
- The item is not in its original condition.
- In case of rejection, the item will be sent back to the customer.
